Michael Tomoff is one of the few people that combine two fundamentally important attitudes in themselves. For one thing, he stands for a true Conviction. He has experienced (and causes) that positive psychology can change people and organizations deep. From this Conviction, he applies the ideas of positive psychology to his own life and can fascinate and motivate them to change their behaviour. On the other, he stands for a constant critical reflection. His Conviction is never dogmatic or lifted from the reality of the Individual or organization. He is always on the cutting edge of scientific knowledge, and takes a critical objections as an opportunity, his personal and professional practice to develop. That genuine Conviction and critical reflection should go Hand-in-Hand, is out of the question to life, convincing, and full-time basis, only a few. Mr Tomoff is part of it, without a doubt.

Michael Tomoff accompanied us in the context of various cultural change projects. He has a very refreshing and inspiring way to make people curious to learn more about and try things differently. The joy and passion with which he has of positive psychology and a positive and optimistic view of life prescribed for, is always noticeable, and makes it very authentic. His impulses are scientifically sound, at the same time comprehensible, understandable, and make you want more. I would work with him again.

Mr Tomoff has a beautiful gift, that is, He is thrilled. Themselves and those with whom he has to do.
